A powerful new feature of Workgroups DaVinci’s Advanced Workflow & Scheduling engine is the ability to synchronize activities across multiple jobs within a project.

To get a sense for this functionality, let's say you have a Back-to-School campaign that has multiple deliverables, including a new campaign web page, promotional email creative, direct mail creative and a web banner advertisement. Because these jobs are all related to the overarching Back-to-School campaign, it makes sense to synchronize certain steps along the way.

A common step for each job may be to review and approve the campaign headline that comes from a copywriter. That headline will be used in each job within the campaign. By synchronizing this step across all four jobs, once the headline has been approved, our system will mark that step as approved in each of the jobs and advance the schedule of each job to the next activity in the workflow automatically.
